FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ’s)
We ship from the city of Granby in Quebec.
No, i we are not set up to receive customers on site and insurance does not allow us.
We are located at Granby in Québec.
No, we do not dropship. Everything leave from our warehouse. You can even see the quantities in inventory for each item.
For reasons of insurance and civil liability, all our suppliers are on the North American continent, therefore Canadian or American.
Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex, Canpar, ICS and Loomis are our main carriers, but others may be used on occasion. Shipping fee starting at $4.25 and free shipping on all orders over $89 before taxes.

WARRANTY

Products sold on our website are for Residential (Domestic) use.

If for a valid reason, you consider that a product purchased from us is not up to normal standards, we will consider replacing or refunding the product. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

This warranty does not cover abuse, breakage, and normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.

PRICE POLICY

Prices shown on our site do not include delivery and applicable taxes which will be added to your invoice.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Note that pricing is for each unit.

PROCESSING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY DELAYS

All of our products are shipped from the province of Quebec, usually on the next business day. The delay may be longer in busy periods. For delivery delays, please refer to Canada Post Standards or Purolator depending on the shipping mode you choose.

If there is a delay in the processing of your order, we will make sure to notify you as soon as possible.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, Fedex or other.

INVENTORY INACCURACY

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the inventory on hand. In the case of an error, we reserve the right to give you the option to delay delivery until your order is complete or cancel your order.

ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information on the website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information on the website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

DISCONTINUED PRODUCT

Please note that in the event of an inventory error, if we no longer have the item you ordered, we reserve the right to refund it automatically. Products are subject to discontinuation without notice.

UNABLE TO DELIVER

We are not responsible for orders that can not be delivered or that have not been received due to a recipient address error. Please make sure your address information is correct before placing your order.

 

Merchandise returns will be accepted for credit or refund under the following conditions:

You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase.

The article must be in its original state, meaning it has not been used, damaged, cut, modified or customized in any way. A 20% restocking fee will apply on items and we will issue a refund for the remaining value. Shipping cost to send or return is not refunded.

Final sale for any discount of 30% and more. No refund, no exchange, no credit.

Any refund will be made with the same payment method that was used for your order.

When returning product, we suggest using a trackable shipping service at your cost. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned product. Credit may be issued only once product is received, inspected and approved by Canada Bolts.

GOODS ORDERED BY MISTAKE

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, a 20% restocking fee will apply and we will issue a refund for the remaining value.

GOODS SHIPPED BY MISTAKE

If Canada Bolts is responsible for a shipping error, we will pay shipping costs and will issue a credit or refund for the total amount of the product shipped by mistake. You must first contact us and obtain a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number before returning any product. No product will be received at our facilities without a valid RGA number.

Products must be returned within 30 days of obtaining the RGA number.

Returned goods should be packed properly as not to be damaged or lost during transport.

The RGA number must be clearly written on all boxes or packages.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
