WARRANTY
Products available on our website are intended for residential (domestic) use.
If, for a valid reason, you believe that a product purchased from us does not meet normal standards, we will consider replacing or refunding the product. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
This warranty does not cover abuse, breakage, and normal wear and tear. Please contact customer service for more information.

All our products are shipped from the province of Quebec, usually on the next business day. Delays may be longer during busy periods. For delivery delays, refer to Canada Post Standards or Purolator, depending on the chosen shipping mode.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or others.

UNABLE TO DELIVER
We are not responsible for undeliverable orders or those not received due to recipient address errors. Please ensure your address information is correct before placing your order.
MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY
Merchandise returns will be accepted for credit or refund under the following conditions:
- You have 30 days from the shipping date to return your purchase.
- The item must be in its original state, not used, damaged, cut, modified, or customized. A 20% restocking fee applies, and a refund will be issued for the remaining value. Shipping costs are not refunded.
- Final sale for any discount of 30% and more. No refund, no exchange, no credit.
- Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for your order.
- For returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service at your cost. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned product until it is received, inspected, and approved by Canada Bolts.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
GOODS ORDERED BY MISTAKE
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and a 20% restocking fee applies. A refund will be issued for the remaining value. To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
GOODS SHIPPED BY MISTAKE
If Canada Bolts is responsible for a shipping error, we will cover shipping costs and issue a credit or refund for the total amount of the product shipped in error. Contact us first to obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number before returning any product. No product will be received at our facilities without a valid RGA number.
- Products must be returned within 30 days of obtaining the RGA number.
- Returned goods should be properly packed to prevent damage or loss during transport.
- The RGA number must be clearly written on all boxes or packages.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
